[Resolved] Tata Indicom Broadband — Unable to pay bill for tata indicom broadband | |
Hi, We have a post-paid broadband connection from tata indicom. However, since we haven't yet paid this month's bill, the account has been suspended.We were told by the customer care officer that our account will be enabled the instant we pay our bill through netbanking.I have been trying for the past one hour to pay through netbanking, using the website. However, it just doesn't work ! For each step, I had to login and re-login, which is not just irritating, but frustrating. Even when I click on the list of accepted banks, it takes me to the page http://www.tataindicomtotalinternet.in/, and does not show the list of banks at all ! How disgusting can that be ? Finally, when I do click on the option of netbanking and then, the next page, it opens, saying "Forwarding to the application", which ultimately just ends up in an Error page. If the website is not allowing us to pay, how would we pay and get our account up and running. Surprisingly, none of the other payment options work too !
