I had taken WiMax broadband connection of TataIndicom in August. My area of service is GurappanPalya, Bangalore. The service is so pathetic that I'm unable to get the service continuiously. It's so intermittent that I need to wait for hours together once I boot my system to access the internet. I've done so many complaints to Customer Care but they always try to do some troubleshooting as their standard practice. Again when I reboot my system, the problem persists. The service engineer also visited the place but of no help. I'm running short of patience and have no clue of next step. TataIndicom has also taken 4 months money in advance. I feel cheated now. I gave the advance on the trust of the TATA brand but now I feel It was a grave mistake. Was this information helpful? |
Broadband service — No or intermittent connection.
Hi,I am facing serious internet connection problem these days. This is the second time that the connection broken this month. Earlier, the connection was good and fast.
Please investigate and fix this problem asap.
