For the past one week I was facing issues with my boardband internet connection during night times, which hardly gives me 1/5 or even 1/6 of download speed which was promised I would receive. Problem starts exactly at 9 pm in the night and continues till 9 am in the morning until my download speeds are restored almost every day.
I called the customer care services they wanted me to test my internet speed at http://speed.tataindicombroadband.in/ which was clearly a biased tool for tata indicom customers to check their download speed, results from it gave me more or less similar to what I should receive which I clearly do not get during the night times.
I have attached the screenshot of actual download speed I am getting with another trusted speed test site which clearly points out my download speed is just around 5 kbps.
I wanted to file a complaint with customer care executive attended my call so that someone can come to my home and check the speed for themselves, but they are not filing a complaint even after repeated request and ignoring my call and putting me of delibrate hold with no response even after 10 to 15 mins.
I have been a loyal customer for Tata boardband services for over four years now and if this is going to be the way they treat me over the real problem I am facing I have to consider my options.
Would be good if someone can respond to my complaint in a proper way. Was this information helpful? |
Tata Indicom Broadband — very lower internet downloading speed
I have getting Plan Of 128 Kbps @ Unlimited But WhenEver I download Somthing The Speed Is getting To Me Is 4 kbps
