Tata Indicom Broadband — Asking me to pay extra money extra money. | |||
This is the second time am logging a complaint for the useless and worthless Tata Indicom Broadband Internet Service. My internet was disconnected for almost a week and after numerous complaint the engineer took the efforts to come at my place and check the problem. And what i found was the cable was having some problem instead of the rains and i was asked to change the ethanet cable coming to my home. And guess what "I have to PAY for that thing." That might cost me around 1500. Why should i pay for this thing? Why? And if i don't pay the money i wont be able to get my connection back and the money which i payed is wasted. Instead o[censored]sing the internet connection for years this is what they expect from me? To pay for this thing? Its more than useless for me to pay them instead of which i can get a new connection with the same amount of money. If i was supposed to pay then why did they ask us to pay the installation charges at first? Its my request to consider this complaint and if possible sue these people on the basis of demanding money for the cable the second time which is not my lookout. Was this information helpful? | |||

September month has started. When is it you guys are gonna change my cable? Next year?
The money which i had paid is totally wasted. Its just useless to even register a complaint in consumer forum! Am gonna make sure no one buys this internet and waste their money and time! I had it all! Am so irritated with this thing now! Why isn't necessary actions taken against this fake company which does the work of just assuring you that everything will be ok and never does it!

I need to get rid of this problem asap, i have paid for 3 months out of which nearly a month has been wasted on this thing. I dont want all of my money to get dumped.
