[Resolved]  Tata Indicom Broadband — Internet disconnected.

My user ID is meghrao and i am using Tata Indicom Broadband internet service for a couple of years. And i must say that the service provided is very inadequate. Even nearly a year ago my net was disconnected and instead of logging complaints to the customer care the internet wasn't connected for a month. And i had to escalate the issue to make my internet work instead of paying the money.
Now the same thing is taking place, my net is disconnected and instead of logging numerous complaints the engineer is least bothered to come and fix it up. Its very irritating at times when you need the internet service and you have to go out to a cyber cafe and do it up instead of paying so much of money. The complaint number given to me is 13889116 and it has been given to me nearly 4 days back saying the engineer will fix it up with in 24hrs. I even called up again but still no one is bothered and no one cares, is this the service one gets using the internet service for years.
Even a few months ago i called in the engineer to switch my internet from my desktop to my macbook. It was very necessary for me to use the internet connection in macbook for updates and various purposes. But when the engineer himself came in what he says is, "I dont know how to connect the internet in a macbook." I mean what are you serious, why is he the engineer then and yet till date i am unable to connect the internet to my macbook.
The service i am experiencing is so not tolerable anymore. So please, i request you to consider this complaint.
