With reference to the above account, I would like to bring to your notice the following.
1)Frequent disruption, by way of Local Server down, on an average 3-5 times a week.
2)Disconnection of more than 24 hours, at least 2 times a month.
3)Frequent variation in speed of connection.
4) No access to help line numbers, ie we are not able to access the local help line numbers at all, so in turn a time delay occurs in registering of complaint.
5)No knowledge of problems by call centre staff and refusal to hand over the phone to the supervisor or technical team.
As you can see above and you can also go through the account, for the number of hours and days of interrupted supply of Service. Kindly go through the No of hours service has not been provided.

If this is the level of service and commitment by tata in providing internet services to their customers, I think you are in the wrong line of business and should shut shop.
Such shoddy service and commitment will not be tolerated.
Please understand that my patience has run out and I shall be contacting different authorities if I am forced to write to you once again.
