Tata Indicom Broadband — Regarding outstanding bill amount | |||
Hi, My internet connection was terminated in the end of august 2010. As we had raised a request to transfer of modem to our new address. However, we were being told that we cannot provide the service in that new area due to network problem. So, they took all the devices with them. Also, we have cleared all the pending amounts till August I have a copy of the bill, where I have cleared all my dues. I reapplied for the connection on 31st October 2010. However since (2nd Nov) my net connection has been disconnected again. The reason mentioned is that I have an outstanding amount of around Rs2500. I have talked to one executive he is saying that your account is activated and you have to pay bill for September and October. But First thing it is a postpaid connection with free rental. Second thing It is the mistake from TATA Indicom side that there fellow member has not closed our earlier account when the instrument was already moved from our earlier location. (they already checked the usage i.e 0 MB For both months ). We are ready to pay any deposit that is required for the new connection.i.e 1500Rs.and ready to use the service but they are not providing us any solutions Was this information helpful? | |||
