[Resolved] Tata Indicom Broadband — Delay In Service | |||
Hi, I want to complaint regarding the broad band connection i have opted from last one year. I raised a complaint regarding slow connection ( Complaint number[protected] in June 2011 with account number A/c Number :- [protected]one month back. My service was ended on 19 August so before that i want them to look into my issue so that i can continue the service. They connection was disconnected on 19th august without any intimation.i raised this concern and they replied that as ur payment is pending so we disconnected the connection. However i already told them before 19 August that i will continue the service once my problem will be resolved. Now after waiting 2-3 weeks i paid the amount for future service on Sat 3 sept 2011. And still the connection is not active i have intimated so many times to Kothrud branch person (Swapnil) but still he is sitting ideal.Kindly look into it. Can you please tell me the reason why i should send the scaned copy ? As i had already paid the bill to service person sent by you to collect the money ? Or is it like you people don't have any backup for the same ? Also scanning the bill and sending you will take another 3-4 days, that means still you are not sure how much time s you people want to activate my connection. Don't you think that you people are not able to fullfilling your customer's satisfaction.
Please don't think that my above lines are harsh. Only thing i want to tell you that if you are taking 2-3 months to in resolving such a small problem related to the connection for a single customer then how come you will makeout profit.
I will send you the bill number and scanned copy as well i don't have any issues but still i have to suffer again for the same. And will take 3-4 days more. Do you think its a right approach to submit the scanned bills after paying the bill (another point is all i am doing is of no use, and i am suffering with no any valid reason).
