TATA Indicom Broadband Services — no response for my complaint for the past 15 days | |
The Regional Manager, . Tata Indicom Broad band service, 30/1, Silicon tower, Double road Koramangala, Bangalore 70 This is with reference to the complaint dated 04.08.2008 and complaint number being 6608166 with respect to the extension of my broadband account. The schedule o[censored]sage for that particular extension period is mentioned below. DATE DESCRIPTION 20.05.2008 Complaint lodged for no connectivity. COMPLAINT NUMBER-5801778 20.05.08 – 24.05.08afternoon No connectivity status continues 24.05.2008 (4:00 – 7:00 PM) Connectivity existed for usage 24.05.08 7PM onwards No connectivity status continues 24.05.08 – 27.05.08 No connectivity status continues 27.05.2008 Tata Indicom Broadband technicians dismantled the broadband (DSL) unit in the pretext of installing Y-MAX connection. 27.05.08 – 16.06.08 No broadband as the internet unit was dismantled. 17.06.2008 Connectivity restored with the installation of Y-MAX connection. I have been complaining from the 4th of august 2008, continuously requesting for an extension of my internet service to make up for the discontinued service from the 20th of may 2008 to the 16th of june 2008. I am very disappointed to inform you that the quality of customer service provided by you is extremely poor due to lack of quick response. I am tired of calling customer care everyday to enquire about my connection status. Every time I was informed that, they need to forward the complaint again, as no measures have been taken in this regard yet. It is sad to know that Tata Indicom Internet Services which claims that they respond to customers complaint within 24 hours, has not been able to respond to my issue for the past 14 days (336 hours). Now they say I will get an extension of three days only after renewing my account. I don’t understand as to why I have to undergo a loss for the non usage on those 27 days of disconnection. As your company has not responded to my complaint till now, I would no longer wish to get any kind of extension or service from your side. I had gone in for a three month plan of which 27 days of service could not be utilized because of the poor service provided by you. I request you to refund my money for those 27 days of disconnection of services and terminate my broadband service immediately and settle my account. I was expecting better internet service. If my account is not settled early, I would be forced to take the help of the media and other legal action.
