TATA Indicom Broadband Services — didn't send my refundable money

This is v shyam kumar yadav complaing one issue regarding broadband services,i was paid 500/- to get broadband internet service(unlimited plan) before three months,still i didnt get any response from your employee and ur employee is not responding properly, this is your respective employee contact number([protected]).They informed that there is no port in my area to provide internet service to me.so i asked them to refund my money since three months.so please take action as early as possible.
