[Resolved]  Tata Indicom Broadband — Worst & Worst Customer Care

Dear Sir, I am using Tata Indicom broadband, they are very intelligent because when there is outstanding amount to pay they will call for every 2 hours, but when we have any complaint they are not responding atleast one time also.

Broadband Customer care are not lifting call anybody. I am calling directly to billing department and requesting transfer the call to broad band department., then only they are transferring call to broadband dept.

Every time, Every time - they are saying "you have to be patience for waiting because all executives are busy with other customers" i feel very bad at that time because all executives are busy with other customers "at every time is this the way to answer sir!................. how worst are they are responding

Sir, this is not the way to behave as a customer care. Please take any action against Tata Indicom Broad Band if you can sir.

Tata Indicom Broadband — Irresponsible and foolish service to the customers

I have a complain with Tata Indicom Broadband services.
I have taken a connection of 256Kbps one month back.
From the day one and till today I have launched many complains at their Customer Care.
Few major complains are :
1) Connecting jack is loose
2) Slow speed which is only upto 14Kbps
3) Whenever electricity turns off and comes again there is no internet connectivity for 1-2 hours
4) Now I am not even able to get the internet connection
Every time they give me a new Complain number but nothing happens with those issues.
No body bothers even to attend the issues.
Not even they give a call back whether the issue is resolved or am I still facing the problem.
For my first issue that was the connecting jack was loose, nobody came to resolve that.
But now they say that the issue is Resolved and closed at their end.
Apart from this the latest problem was that I was getting the internet connection with discontinuity.
I called for this complain and the person asked me to change the DNS number.
Once I changed it, my internet connectivity is now gone forever.
I am not at all able to connect to the internet.
3 days are passed but there is no response from their side.
And they take the full payment for this hell sort of service.
Many times I had asked them to let me talk with their manager Mr. Sumit Athalye but
Every time I get the response that he is not available.

Tata Indicom Broadband — Partial service, no repair

I got a tata indicom connection in January 4th week 2008.
Currently i am not able to send any email or any other data on internet. The customer support is never present. the help line keep me on hold for several minutes but no one answers it.

It is really annoying that in spite of making all the payments in advance, we are not able to send any data at all.

Kindly help.

TATA INDICOM BROADBAND SERVICES — Worst customer support from Tata Indicom Broad Band Services

I, Subhashini approached Mr. Venkatesh[protected], Tata Indicom Broad Band sales person when I wanted to go for it. He committed me the best support than other contemporary & suggested me to go for 384 kbps (unlimited) plan as that would be the best as I wanted to use the broad band mainly for Voice (VOIP). And also he said that he would waive of the installation charges if I pay the four months bill in advance. Convinced by his words, I issued a cheque for Rs. 4, 415/- (Cheque No. 822285) on 6th March ’09 and installation was done on 9th March ’09. I am suffering a lot with the low speed connection, not more than 50-60 kbps (where as I am paying for 384 kbps) from the day of installation. Called customer care & mailed them on the same day & many times after that day but always received a auto generated mails saying - “Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Your complaint no is so & so.. Our team is working on it. We need your support in closing the issue”.
On 12th March ’09 they had deputed the same person, Mr. Mahender[protected] who had come for installation. But he couldn’t solve the problem & left the place.
As I am not getting the best support from customer care, which was committed by Mr. Venkatesh, I called him on 15th March ’09 as I need to start my work from the next day (i.e., on 16th March ’09). And had to listen very very bad words from him & asked not to call him again. I was shocked to listen to him in that way, as he is the same person who was very polite while taking the cheque from me.
On 16th March ’09 I started using VOIP & my voice is not audible to inbound / outbound calls due to the low speed of the internet. That day itself I have lodged a complaint again to customer care. As there is no response from customer care, I had to complaint to escalation department on 20th March ’09. I spoke to Ms. Sandhya[protected] & she said that she will look into the matter completely & get back to me, but failed to get the call from her till 24th March ’09.
When I call the customer care they ask me to write a mail about the disconnection of the services, but when I mail them, I always received the reply - “Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Your complaint no is so & so.. Our team is working on it. We need your support in closing the issue”. The replies from customer care are only auto generated mails. No body looks into the matter what customer wrote. Though I mailed that I am no more interested in continuing with Tata Indicom services, I get the same reply. And it was shocking to know from a customer care officer that my money will not be returned, which I paid for 4 months in advance. They are either providing the best service or allowing me to disconnect the services by paying my money back.
I request the concerned to look into this matter & help me out in this as the internet speed is very important for using VOIP.

Tata Indicom Broadband — WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES TATA INDICOM BROADBAND

This is regarding our TATA INDICOM WiMax Broadband connection.
We have requested for the termination of services on some personal grounds.We have specifically requested for the service people to be sent on weekends or weekdays after 6.00 pm for removal of installed equipments and closing procedures.Inspite of this request some civil people from TATA INDICOM have visited our residence during the day when we were not available at home and removed the installed antenna causing damage to our Computer (as the wire was connected to the port ,the person had pulled it from outside causing it to fall off the stand and causing the damage).This sort of action has been done before during the installation when the TATA INDICOM people who had come for the installation had damaged a pipe for which we had to pay!Why do the people have to come and carry on the action when no body is present!This shows the cheap mentality and the poor services being offered by TATA INDICOM!

We have heard similar complaints about antenna's being removed without their presence when requested for disconnection from other TATA INDICOM users and you people claiming that you didn't do it and asking them extra money to be shelled out for the antenna being stolen.
