[Resolved]  Tata Indicom Broadband — PREPAID ACCOUNT TURNS TO POST PAID ACCOUNT

Hi,

This Avinash Suryawanshi ( [protected] ) from Pune - Vishrantwadi.

4 months ago I had pre paid account of through TATA Tele services.

Order no: P38124947
Account no: [protected]
DSL DS -212 –B3G1F- 399- PLAN
(Advance Rental Plan)

I was committed that after the end of 4th month this account will be automatically closed and I have request for renewal of account.

But yesterday received phone call saying that “[protected] is your account no and your bill has been generated of Rupees 1000 kindly pay it ASAP.”

If my pre paid amount is utilized please stop the services

How can they let me use and ask me for money.
