I would like to inform you that 328 Minute suddenly deducted from my sim card which was also agree & confirmed by your customercare executive Mr. John/Raja etc. I have already complained. My Complain No. is PCR0605589 dT. 20/09/09. After the complain I have got the message that your problem will resolve within 60 Hrs. After 60hrs. when I talked to your customercare executive they told me that your problem will be short out on 28/09/09. When today I talked to them they are only saying we had forward your complain in our technical department and except this I cant do any thing. But Im sorry to say that till today I cant get any +ve response from your site. More over I would like to inform that this type of case happened twice with me. Therefore u r requested to kindly look into the mater seriously and refund my money immediately otherwise I will go to Consumer Cort & Media to explose this issue.
