Tata Indicom — Disconnected Mobile Connection | |
I am using my mobile connection from Tata Indicom (number: [protected]) for the last 2 years and 10 months. Two days ago I found out that all incoming and outgoing call from/to my mobile was barred. On calling the customer care I was told that there is some problem with my address proof and I need to resubmit it. I had given all the required details and documents(voter identity card was given as address proof) when I bought the sim card. When I mentioned that I was using the connection for almost 3 years and asked how did they come up with a problem after such a long time, they had no answer. Calling the nodal officer at Tata Indicom was also unfruitful. I did not receive any calls stating the problem and my connection was disconnected without any intimation. The problem was solved. They restored my connection today morning.
