[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — Non supply of assured gift"watch"

Dear sir,
TATA indicom has announced a scheme "Buy Tata Indicom and get an assured gift " named Celebration OFFER .I purchased a post connection on 31-10-07, time 4pm and a scratch card was given to me no[protected] & Randam no-19005 by which I was entitled to a WATCH. CAF NO[protected], Phone no-[protected] but offer was not given to me . I contected several times to his shop near CITY CENTRE at Dhanbad (Jharkhand)
Hence I request you to kindly take action against such type of fraud .
