dear sir, myself HEMRAJ SEHGAL age 75 yrs & LIVING AT 2294, SECTOR8 FARIDABAD (HARYANA) I HAVE THE TATA INDICOM WALKY LANDLINE NO.[protected] SINCE LAST FOUR YEARS. THERE WAS PROBLEM OF CALL DROPPING & DISCONNECTION IMMEDIATELY AFTER DIALLING ANY No. AFTER COMPLAINING & AS DIRECTED BYTATA INDICOM CUSTOMER CARE THEM I VISITED THE ALL CENTERES OF TATA INDICOM IN FARIDABAD FOR SOLVING THIS. SOMETIME THEY SAY THAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH HANDSET SOMETIME THEY SAY THAT THE PROBLEM IS FROM THE COMPANY'S END . EVEN TO MY DISBELIEF SOME DEALERS OF TATA INDICOM HAVE TOLD ME TO BETTER TO TAKE A NEW No. AFTER SO MANY CALLS AGAIN TO THE CUSTOMER CARE SOMEBODY FROM THE NODAL OFFICE TOLD US THAT A JE WILL COME & CHECK THE HANDSET AT OUR END. BUT THE ISSUE IS PENDING FROM LAST 20 DAYS & THE TATA INDICOM HAS EMAILED US FINALLY THAT THEY ARE CLOSING THIS COMPLAINT. Was this information helpful? | |
