Tata Indicom — not give good response by tata indicom marketing executive

i am ashok kumar tank, i have a mobile shop at shop no 2, sector 2, vidhadhr nagar jaipur rajasthan so i am saller all tata mobile and RC
but from two year i have no recive my claim by tata marketing respactable person.
my calim amount is 44056 Rs amount til now THIS AMOUNT IS DUE from 2 year,
but they are tell me we will provide this amount and this matter are not saloved by him so please take this process on your hand and you will find your staff are not take serious your customer and saller
