My Tata Indicom CDMA connection No.[protected]. I have paid Rs.255/ for recharge (topup) at a an agency. I got a message that I have a balance of Rs.22.71 on 22June 2009. I have life time incoming facility. Later on I complained with the agency and I got a reply that he cannot do any thing. I have to pay again Rs.222 for recharge.
How can you decieve innocent people like us? Kindly rectify the mistake and repay the amount of Rs.255 to me.
