[Resolved] Tata Indicom — changing of my plan without my consent | |
Dear sir I am a consumer of Tata indicom post paid cmo honest 450 plan. Today as on 19/07/2009 a call from [protected] number came on my mobile on the behalf of company, they said that your plan will be changed from 13/08/2009 but i want to still continue the same post paid plan. company is going to change my tata indicom post paid plan without my conscent. Even for me they are doing the same.
Never thought of TATA will doing such cheat.
I bought 3 hanset of tata to avail TATA to TATA free cal just 7 months back, and now they are saying they will put a cap of 2000Min per month!
Let me know is it legal to change a postpaid plan itself for the existing customer.
