I have purchase a data card ([protected]) from Sky Com Services, Baner On Dated 18/04/09, After 4 month is giving 721 error. To know about this I just had called to Cust care 1st time he said to me that there is no balance so I had done recharge with Rs. 801.00 . 2nd time I got reply there is minus balance on main account, so I recharged with Rs. 10.00. after theses processes while my card was showing the error 721, again I called to cust care. Now I got the reply your documents are invalid. Than on dated 25th August, I have the fresh documents (Passport and PAN card Color Photo Copy) to Tata shop (SKY COM). Until my no. is not activated. While I call to cust care, I get reply please contact to Reseller, and while I contact to reseller, I get reply please contact customer care.
Now again I have call to cust care now (28th) I got a new reply problem will be shorted till 2nd Sept. Was this information helpful? |
