[Resolved] Tata Indicom — Poor Wi-MAX delivered Internet speed and Poor Customer Support | |
I have purchased Tata Indicom Internet Connection thru Wi-MAX delivery at Coimbatore by August 2009. The installation done by them was very poor and I did not signed the installation completion form still date. But they have billed for the last two months, and took the bill amount theirself from the advance payment done by me for the 5 months. I registred about this issue to customer care with the compliants 29.08.2009 - 10636238 08.09.2009 - 10671094 15.09.2009 - 10729574 21.09.2009 - 10774472 23.09.2009 - 10794780 and so mony compliants till date. All these compliants closed without my confirmation. They contact me and i told them that the issue was not resolved. But they will close "the compliant as the customer accepts as the issue was resolved". The confirmation call from them was the acceptance from us. I also spoke with Mr. Nath (Superior Official) Customer Care and explained about all these issue and also to Mr. Abilesh (Coimbatore - Technical Manager) – [protected], Mr. Ramprasath (Coimbatore – Technical Executive) Mr. Kumaresh (Coimbatore - Network Manager) - [protected], Mr. Sabari Muthu (Coimbatore - Network Executive) - [protected] about the same. But there is no proper response and no any use by this. I send all these details to Mr. Seetharaman (Nodal Officer - South4) - [protected] and he registed a compliant "Nodal/SO4/8311836" but there is no any status update about this compliant. Now whenever i call him, he does not pick the call. I sent detailed mail about all these to him, but no any response to these mails. One person from Nodal Desk Mr. Tony contacted and informed as will sent a technical person to my premises by two weeks ago, but nobody visited to my end. The compliants registered thru customer care was resolved by just making a call to the customer, they don't mine about the response of customer. This is a stupid activities of Tata Indicom Customer Care people and the superioir officials. This mainly for the Consumers, who will plan to procure new Internet Connection from Tata Indicom.
