Mujhe Tata ka connection disconnect kiye hue 2 month se adhik ho chuka hai, jiski jankari Local tata dealer, and technical officer jo network problem ke liye aate the dono ko pahle di ja chuki hai. connection close karne se pahle pura bill paid kiya ja chuka tha phir abhi lagatar bill kyu diya ja raha hai,
Connection band karne ka karan net setter ka hamre area me nahi chalna hai. Kai bar complaint karne ke bawjood unke taraph se koi service nahi de jati thi. Mental tenion hota vo alag. Was this information helpful? |
TATA Indicom — Bill Received without Connection
Dear Sir,Im receiving the TATA indicom wireless internet Bill for the past 3 months. I have registered the complaint with the customer care executive and the complaint number is :[protected]. The agent (Mr.Shiva) has misused my documents and got the connection. I have already taken this issue to the Nodal officer, but still im receiving the Bills for every month.
Kindly take this case and help me in getting justice.
