[Resolved] Tata Indicom — tataindicom cheatter sending false bill | |
sir this is to inform you that ,i am having tataindicom no-[protected],i am having tata to tata all india std free plan,except tata network all the calls i am doing through other number,so bill should come 450+12% tax. but,on 12 th dec-09 c.care shows 125 unbilld amt,on 13th dec-09 350,today it incresed by 545+450+12%tax. after regestring complaint on this site the officals of tataindicom assured me they will reduce extra 300 rs from my bill . but their assurance was also a false commitment today only rs 941 was deducted from my credit card angaist the bill 618 which the tata indicom officals assured me. sir ,again tata raised 600 rs bill till in jan-10,but tata officals are not providing the details of the bill ,sir if they are shown the bill amount excess ,then it is my moral right to know the details of the bill ,which tata not providing. if tatawill not correct the bill or not send the details of the bill ,then i will not pay extra because i am not earning the mony to pay false bill amount of tata indicom. the compney is running on the same theory they are killing all the hens in one time who can reguraly produce golden egg. inspite of talking so many times with customer care, nither they are regestring my complaint regd false bill nor they are providing details of calls which i make . sir we earn money through heard work,if we have use the service then i will be happy to pay used amt,sir without using service to pay false bill it will be diffucult for me. thanx regards vinay bansal 2/134 chrinjeev vihar ghaziabad Was this information helpful? | |

this is to inform you that i am having tata post paid no-[protected] ,that connection i choose for only tata to taat all india free std call plan.other calls i am doing from my other numbers,the day before yesterday i regesterd a complaint angaist tata ,that time unbilld amt was 340+450+12%tax,within two days with doing any calls it is incresed 545+450+12% tax
sir still tata indicom is not regesterd my complaint of deactivation of that number.
so i am helpless & they are incresing my bill in every minute without doing any call.

tata name sounds frist buisman jrd tata and mr ratan tata also known as a honest person who always kept his promise, or the man of the words.
but it is true officals of tata indicom by charging false bill, through which they increasing the turnover and fullfilling their targets.

it s true today all the mobile service providers trying to snach money from pople's pocket
all the mobile survice provieder compney are thief they always serching new ways to pul money from consumer's pocket, even consumer is not using the service.
it is really cheating compney should make genuine bill charging false bill now become tradition in telecommuniation industry ts shame...
it is true telecommunication comnies arecheater
they are spoiling the image of ratan tata
it is time compnies should think about customert
consumer always cheated by the service providers .
compnies always serch new ways to snach mony from consumers pocket either ethically or non ethically, it is enough, bus aur nahi ab ye thagi band honi chaye

this isto inform you that ,i am using tata450 monthly plan my cel no is[protected] ,in thisplan tata provides unlimited all india tata to tata std or local free of cost.usage of my other network calls from this number is very less.
sir today i received sms my unbilled amount of non tata calls is 350 means 350+450+12%tax.
sir if i had done these calls then i will happly to pay this amount,
sir only in rare case i make tocalls from this number to other network.
even tata indicom is not providing customised bill.
sir in such condition ,please guide me ,what should i do.
