Tata Indicom — Web hosting poor support

Hi,
I have registered web hosting with Tataindicom . I am unable to use it becoz, while clicking the manage button it ends with an error. i have given complaint in customer service[protected], and the answer from them are irritating me. One of the customer support executive guided me to reset the computer and the modem to resolve this issue.Then i emailed to customer support and finally to the nodal officer, chennai. But till now the problem exists.

Fully agree. I am also stuck up in the same situation from 1st March 2009 till date (June)

Same here. Very pathetic service. Advice to change the web hosting provider ASAP. Ensim, whom VSNL had partnered with seems to have lost interest in hosting business and VSNL staff is absolutely clueless about this.
