Tata Indicom — Irresponsible Customer Care

I booked a TATA Indicom wimax broadband connection on May 6th. The company completed the feasibility study on May 9th and said that within 15 days my connection will be given. However, till date (28th May) no one has even bothered to give a call to me. This despite writing atleast 7 to 8 mails and contacting them over phone for a similar number of times. By mail, I used to get a response saying that "We would like to inform you that your concern has been forwarded to the team. Our team will contact and update you on the status at the earliest". This kind of response has been received by me for atleast 5 times. Over phone I used to get a message saying that someone will call you within 24 hours. However no one has called me yet. This is the kind of response that one could get from TATA. Their customer care simply does'nt take things seriously. Their customer service team doesn't understand what their responsibilities are. They can just send an apology letter and can do nothing about solving your problem. Absolute pathetic and shameless team!

HI THIS IS VINOD MY NO.[protected], MY ALTERNATE NO.[protected], I AM TOTALLY UNHAPPY TOWARDS TATA INDICOM SERVICES, PROBLEM IS THAT WHENEVER I TRIED TO SOLVE MY SMALL PROBLEMS TOWARDS MY PHONE OR NETWORK OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON, THEY HAVNT RESPONSED TRUELY AND PROPERLY, ISSUE NO.

1)WHENEVER I TRIED TO RECHARGE TO COUPON, IT DOESNT GOES RIGHT, AND AFTER EVERY RECHARGE I HAVE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE AND AFTER THAT, THEY PROMISES US UR BAL. WILL BE TRANSFERED, THOUGH BAL. I RECIEVE BUT SOME HAPPENES EVERY TIME,
2)I STARTED TRYING ONLINE, IT WAS GOING SMOTH, BUT ON 04/05/2013, I HAV DONE Rs.110/- RECHARGE THROUGH ONLINE BUT 1 NEW THING HAPPENED, FROM MY A/C BAL. HAS BEEN DEBITED BUT I DIDNT RECEIVED ANY BAL, HENCE I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID THEY NEED TRANSACTION ID, 1 THING TO SAY IF ANY 1 IS TRYING TO RECHARGE ONLINE AFTER RECHARGE IS HE KNOWING THAT MY WOULD NOT BE TRANSFERED? ANY WAYS PROBLEM IS NOT THAT, THE EXECUTIVE I SPOKEN WAS TOTALLY WRONG, HE NOT EVEN LISTEN TO MY MATTER PROPERLY BUT ALSO HE TRANSEFERED THE CALL TO MAIN LINE. IS THIS CORRECT, AND AGAIN IS CALL, THEN THE CALL CANNOT BE CONNECTED.

PLEASE SIR, AS I CANNOT CHANGE THE NO. BECAUSE MY NO. IS SPREADED TO MY ALL FREINDS, CALLEAGOUS, AND MY ALL KNOWINGLY PERSONS. PLEASE DO THE VERY NEEDFUL TO ME SIR, ,
