Tata Indicom — no response

i m really really unhappy to take connection of walkytalky from tataindicom. i bring the handset on 2nd of june and it deactivate on 3rd june i call customer care i speak with zonal manager and general manager they we will resolved your problem untill today there is no response...;ha ha ha tata
naam bade darshan chote.. this is my number sir.[protected]
i hope atleast you help to get out of this thing..

not only diagree if there some word to tell i will go for that i hate tata indicom executives ...
since my old tata indicom mobile has been not working beacuse of software base no. i went to the tataondicom centre shop in kalkaji
before three days at around 6:00 PM to take my new sim of same no. they that today sim are finise so please come tommorow then i went next day same time 6:30 PM kalkaji tataindicom outlet then they said new sim will be issue from their outlet lajpat nagar A 78.
After that on third day i went to tataindicom outlet at lajpat nagar A 78 same time 6:30 PM they also said me that sim are finised so please come tommorow at 12:00 noon .i want to complaint that they waisting my time and not prforming their work honestly.so please help me out[protected], [protected]

I have purchased new tata indicom sim for rs. 200 with Rs.100 talktime from retailer 2 days back but when i insert my sim on my old cdma mobile (SCH S109) . This is asking for "enter a valid sim" . Immediately i went to tata indicom outlet but to my surprise they told "new sim will not work on old mobile" . In fact, they are not ready to take back my new sim .Now what should i do with my new sim if this is not working on old tata cdma mobile ? . I could have not purchased that sim if they had informed me before . Not understand, What for they are changing the software in the sim ? They may come up after 2 yrs "saying all new sims will not work in old mobiles" Hence we need to throw our old cdma phone and again need to purchase new cdma mobiles after 2 yrs . This is really REDICULOUS!!! . I belive this is one type of marketing they are doing for selling their mobiles which is VERY BAD!!!
