TATA Indicom Cdma — Activating adult jokes Rs30 / month by tata indicom without permission for last 1 year and did not discontinue it even after repeated requests

i , shailendra sinha has a tata indicom cdma coonection (mobile no.-[protected]) in Bihar. 1 year back they suddenly activated adult jokes on my mobile and deducted Rs. 30/ month. i am a school teacher, 58 year old residing nearby Patna. initially i did not notice it. but later i found that they are deducting Rs 30/ month. i complained on prepaid customer care12524 many times but they did not listened to me. i visited nearby tata indicom centre and requested them to discontinue this service, they told that they will consider it. but till now they did not discontinue this service. if they do like this i have to go to consumer courts.
