[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — DEDUCTION OF BALANCE

Respected Sir/Madam
I am Pijush Datta. My mobile no is [protected]. On 5th August 2011 a 'Star Chat' service has been activated automticaly from their end to my said mobile no. and balance was deducted (Rs. 30 approx.). After that on 19th August 2011(Today) Rs. 30 duducted from the balance of my mentioned mobile no. I complained to Customer care several times to take complain and requested for refund deducted amount for the said purpose, but they refused to take this complain.

So my huble request for your end to kindly look into the matter and kindly take necessary steps for refund the ducucted amount for that purpose.

I got a 2 new TATA INDICOMConnection on 2nd December 2009. After few days a hello tunes were activated on both of my Nos. without informing me. I received a message for the same that it has been activated for seven days for free. Then on 22nd of dec. my balance was deducted by 30 rs. without any information wen i called for the same i was told that the system has not been upgraded and we cant tel u the exact reason of balance deduction. till date i have been continously calling customer care but they are still unable to tell me the exact reason of deduction.Thats all.
Please get me the action soon.

mere tata indicom prepaid [protected] se kal Rs.30 balance deduct ho gya hai, jabki mene koi service activate karne ke liye request send nahi ki hai.
so please check it.
