whenever we dial 1281 for enquiry we have been asked for all the details.like phone number, name, address . which i feel is not require. while making enquiry we are not asking any secreat which is not to be descosed to otheres than the registered owners

asking non required questions are time taking, and erritating .

you please try and take experiance. and if you agree with me make changes to provide asweres whithout asking any details of the caller when answers are no secreat.

i hope you will understand what i want to say and make changes and give appropreat instructions to the concerned department.
