TATA Indicom Coin Box — Not attending complaints

I have a tata indicom coin box in my shop, Karuvatta south, alappuzha, kerala. two weeks back its speaker damaged. We complainted in mavelikkara regional office, they not attended til this time, every time they delayed our complaints. Last three years we are operating successfully and gain lot profit and give good services to people, because no other PCO's in my place. Lot of people are affecting especially synine people due to the break of the service.
