[Resolved] Tata Indicom — demand of payment despite cancelling the connection | |||
I had a tata indicom plug 2 surf internet modem connection.When i took it i got 2 month free usage on the payment of modem connection. After one month & 10 days, i lost the modem, so i went to the shoppe & asked the person to disconnect it he also ensured me that i will not get any bill since i am cancelling the connection in free usage period only. I written it down on the register which he provided. Later i got many calls from the tata indicom centre that i have some balance which i need 2 pay. I clarified them that i have cancelled the connection within free usage period only, but theycontinued to call me. Suddenly one day i got a legal notice about the non- payment of my dues. I want to put up a case against them for unnecessorily harassing me & askign for the payment that does nt due to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
