[Resolved] Tata Indicom — recharge complaint | |||
My Prepaid Tata indicom Mobile No.[protected]. Today morning I recharged my mobile with Rs.100/- and got credit of Rs.89.24. After that I made only two calls @ 11.00 am and at around 11.30 - 12.00 AM my mobile started a music I also saw a figure in my Mobile and a message saying press OK. I tried all buttons to stop music but could not succeed. When I pressed OK button it stopped. Same music and appeared again after 15 minutes again same procedure it stopped only when I pressed OK. But after some time when I tried to call a number It started telling that I have zero balance. I contacted the local Tata indicom office They expressed their helplessness to refund the debited amount and advised me to contact 12524 / [protected] / [protected]. He says I will not get back my amount. Please let me know how I can get back the recharged amount. Also Please let me know how we can stop the malpractice by the Mobile companies forcing us to press the select button so that they can charge for that particular service.
