I enquired TATA INDICOM Customer Care & subscribed an Internet Pack as per their recommendation of Rs 95.After that I used to call them more than thrice a day to know the procedure if checking the DATA BAL but everytime they given the wrong info & harassed me.Now today what they have done that deducted RS91 from my account & when i made my call to them they informed me that I have been deducted Rs550 for High Speed Internet Browsing from my account,High Speed now whats that? & my current balance is Rs-480.yes its -480.They have done it before as well I used to subscribe Internet pack of Rs5 at that time they deducted Rs134 & now again I they have done the same. My point is that its not about solely money but they are doing it again & again after give wrong info this is fraud.None of the mobile Operators do anything like this. Feeling helpless they are not even taking my complaint.What do I do now tell me ?
