Tata Indicom — Refund of balance

Dear Sir,

This to inform you that today my tata indicom mobile no. [protected] balance was reduced by Rs 30 without my consent and when i try to complain the same issue with customer care executive Mr. Vikas he spoke very rudely and disconnect the call by saying that your deducted balance could not be refunded. It is so disgusting that without the acceptance of customer, how you people deduct the balance??
It was my humble request that please refund my Rs 30 as soon as possible as I had not given any request to subscribe any sms facility towards my number ([protected]).
I had also the complaint no. 335964 with Tata indicom but still seeking for my refund of balance.

Hi,

As per your request the date is 20th-Aug-2011 when my balance is deducted by Rs 30 and received a message from tata indicom that your request has been accepted where I had not given any request to subscribe any sms facility towards my number ([protected]).

I had also the complaint nos. 335964, 336049, 336056, 337128 but when I try to see what is the status of my complain nos then all the above complaint nos shows closed status without any conversation or resolving the above issue.

It is pathetic situation for me that you people don't have any courtesy or responsibility to discuss the issue rather then close the matter without discussing anything. It is not the matter of just Rs 30 but it just shows your services towards customer, how you people are irresponsible and disgusting.

Seeking your biased dicision on the above issue. I had also discuss the same issue with my lawyer he also advice to go into consumer forum for further legal proceedings and demand for compensation.

Therefore I again request you to kindly refund my deducted balance as soon as possible.

i also trying to connect with customer care from yesterday to till now but always saying BUSY, I want to immediate my refund Rs 30 Rupees.
