[Resolved] Tata Indicom — PHOTON+ POSTPAID BILL | |||
I already raised a complain regarding the same, refer to Docket Number:[protected] They asked me contact the outlet where I paid the bill wrongly by mistake. I contacted them yesterday, they said... it will take 2-3 days of time to adjust/transfer the amount to right account number. Though account number[protected]which is associated with same Tata Indicom number [protected]) is disabled, by mistake I paid amount Rs. 1500/- on 17th September at Tata Indicom, Outlet at KPHB COLONY. Please find the reciept attaced. I raised a complaint with those guys to adjust/transfer the bill to the actual account and it might take 2-3 days. MEANWHILE, PLEASE STOP CALLS/EMAILS REGARDING BILL PAYMENT. LET ME KNOW IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO AVOID CALLS REGARDING BILL PAYMENT. THESE DISCUSSISONS ARE HAPPENING SINCE 19TH SEPTEMBER.... PLEASE FIND ATTACHED SCREENSHOT OF ALL THE EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS. PLEASE STOP THIS NON-SESNSE AND TORTURE UNTILL THE BILL GETS ADJUSTED/TRANSFERRED Was this information helpful? | |||
