[Resolved] Tata Indicom — Bill raised after cancellation with pendings paid, calls made to pay for bills raised after cancellation | |||
Tata Indicom is up to dirty tricks of raising bill after the cancellation done and then keep on calling daily to remind for bill payment. I had USB modem and I wanted to discontinue the service, I stopped using the modem 6 days before going to the Customer support center and requested to stop my usb modem and gave the application on the spot and then cleared all the remaining pending amount and got the receipt. To my suprise when the billing cycle was completed I got bill from tata indicom, and it also mentions the payment yet it has raised some amount and now the call center is daily calling to settle the bills. This is ridiculous once the cancellation is requested the usb is suspended and bill paid how come they start sending bills means they are into some sort of racket as the cancellation was done in person at the customer support center. It requires the consumer court takes action on Tata indicom for such behaviour. Was this information helpful? | |||

TATA Indicom — Billing after cancellation
I had the service with Tata Indicom Photon+ for about 4 months. I put a request for cancellation on May 7th and they said it will be cancelled on May11th. I verified around May 15th and they told me that it is cancelled. But now I am getting a bill in June for the period of May 20th to June 5th even though the account is cancelled. I am having a tough time with Tata Indicom to cancel the account. They are cutting me off when I call them and try to resolve this.
