[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Mobile — Tataindicom Cheating the subscribers

1. We took tata-indicom pre-paid mobile (No:[protected]) when company offered to give tata to tata unlimted free calls.

2. In the year 2007 december, I recharged with Rs.2008 to get 2008 days tata to tata unlimited talk-time.

3. But yesterday i have observed that when i'm making calls to tataindicom mobiles also money is being deducted from balance.

4. In this regard icalled the customer care and surprised to know that the offer has been changed to limited talk time with out communicating to me.

5. I feel that this is very unfair, and tataindicom cheated us.

6. How can we should satisfy with service. Please justify us.

7. I requist you to give us our previous offer o[censored]nlimited tata to tata talk-time.
