[Resolved] TATA Indicom Mobile — customer care has blocked my outgoing

customer care has blocked my outgoing on 1nd may 2009 because there was a complaint that my mobile was lost which was not made by me and i came to know about it when i went to the galarie at bhiwandi dhamankar naka.My line was started on 2nd may 2009 at at 14:46:27 . TATA Indicom — blocked my outgoing

dear sir,
i activatied my cdma tata walky no.[protected]on 23rd july 2011 with my proper ID documents. i accepted the verification call on 31-7-11. then i received a SMS to informing to re-submit my ID proof documents on 04/08/11.my outgoing call was blocked. i resubmited my ID documents on 05/08/11 at bhalla telecom, kartrapur. but till the date 8/08/11 my phone no. was not un-blocked for outgoing.please help me
