TATA Indicom Mobile — not recharged

sir/mam

yesterday i got my mobile no.[protected] recharged through net banking fr RS 54/.yet their is no balance added to my no. the transaction has been although done as there is deduction of the amount from my account. for details my transaction id is IG40342988,cca avenue through SBI. customer care is not ready to register the complaint and callous too.kindly take action and add the balance into my mobile.

my mobile no [protected] (tata indicom), repeatedly i tried to rechage Rs101/- for doing 1paisa/2sec for all local calls for one year offer but it is not activated.
please help me to do 1paisa/2second for all local calls.
how i get ? PLEASE TELL ME.
