I was using a tata indicom postpaid connection from karnataka circle before 4 months and the no. was [protected].
I surrendered the same connection on 30th april, 09. They have promised me to return the security deposit of Rs. 1500 within 55 days of surrendering the connection which i havent received yet. I raised a complaint with tata indicom customer care so many times, but they are not responding me properly.

Tata indicom mobile phone — harrasment and financial
i was purchase a cell phone from tata concern (named, drive india enterprise solutions limited, ground floor shephali sadan milanpally s.f road siliguri)on[protected].unfortunetly my phone was repetedly disturbing me.I was 1st complained 0n march and they repeair my phone without any documents.then 2nd time my phone was distrub on 25-09-08.then i was lodge a complain at driver india enterprise and they told me to go at t.v.s enter prise .As per their verbal information i went to T.V.S enter prise and they received my phone against jobsheet no-HU[protected].then i was complained at tata customer care 9COMPLAIN NUMBER19720 DATED[protected] THEN THE T>V>S center issue me a replacement certificate (no[protected], dated[protected]but now the concern of tata indicom repetedly harras me to replace the phone.i also lodge at customer care 2 complain(20464 dated 30-09-08 &20745 dated[protected].but without solving my problem customer care service repetedly trying to close my complain.
