Tata Indicom — Lost of Mobile handset | |||
I had one mobile handset of TATA Indicom company. The purchased the handset with sim card from their dealer in Dharavi. After one and half year I lost the handset. I made call from the public phone to find the handset. Somebody had the name of Manoj was used my handset. I requested him to return the handset to me. But he denied. I reported the matter to the customer care of TATA Indicom. The company did nothing to get my handset. Simply they cancelled the sim card. Was this information helpful? | |||

I opted your plan by our brand name but i was distressed by your employees as they promised as according our needs.We said them to install the telephone line in the drawing room and they said yes before installation.But it has been since 15 days and yet we haven't got the installation of telephone in the drawing room and inspite of his fault he is behaving rude with us.And now he is saying no for the installation and asked for the cancellation of the line.
Being frustrated i called up the customer care and they said us to pay Rs 75 for taking the line from bedroom to hall.But we were told that your installation will be free of cost.So why should i bear the amount ?
so i want the solution from you that now what should i do??
