[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — caller tunes

i had my caller tunes activated 4 months before. it was alright till 1 or 2 months then it all started.the company s advertise starts first and plays till 10 seconds and then the caller tune starts.before that the call is received by me and the caller cannot get the caller tune played.if i am paying for the caller tune than why the advertising of the company plays.i want the companany s ad to be removed as it is a disturbance to my clients.my mobile number is [protected]

i sent an sms with the code for the song DOORIE as my caller tune.
sms came to me that the caller tune has been activated, but it still rings the tata indicom default caller tune.
its really very irritating.
please help me out.
