My mobile number [protected]. On 2/11/2010 I had given complainted about the service not available at vengurla On 3 rd november sim has to be replace was told the solution for the problem by answer of customer care, which will be done free of charge at service centre.
Today i visited the dadar Tata service centre. They are asked for Rs.100 cost. When i told to him that customer care told it is free of cost, still he has not given me free sim replacement and told me that he has put request to higher authority for permission to given free and he has ask me to come tommorow 25/12/2010.
