I Mr. Tanaji B. Hatekar customer of Tata Indicom my cell no [protected] from the services started we till date I am happy with your service but now a days I am unhappy with your services because I knew that I am activating the ASTROPREDICTION alerts pack which I am not subscribe when I call to customer care to deactivate it deactivate but after few days it automatically reactivate again I call to stop it but its not stop on same day I received massage in afternoon you are subscribe for ASTROPREDICTION alerts how it possible same day I stop and in the afternoon it again activate so am upset from your service its means you are cheating the customer in 20 days I am lost 45 Rs from my balance amt I ask your in customer care executive the only tell that you are activate the pack but how I don’t know.
Your alert pack is auto renewable when I send sms STOP TO 155223 it not stop when we call to customer care the it stop its means you are directly and indirectly cheating the customers my request to service provider to stop this cheating scheme.
My one more request you to please stop sending offer massages & call
Hope that you will do the needful and take some action try to refund my 45 Rs as early as possible and take care to not activate such cheating scheme automatically. My request cum suggestion when unfortunately if customer activate some pack it should be for 15 days only if customer interested to continued then you continued otherwise its automatically stop not renew.

TATA Indicom — Regular Alert SMS
Dear Sir,After any ph call(outgoing) SMS come to mobile that your balance is so & so but receiving SMS after each & every call is really irritating.
Once i have complaint to the company customer care but they didnot accepted my complain because they say that they are providing this extra service so they cannot register it as a complaint.
Please see into this.
