I have placed this complaint 4 times before and each time I have been given a different docket number. No further action is taken by any Tata representative. And to top this you send me a litigation notice! This is absolutely pathetic customer service by Tata Docomo!!

As per our records we found that there is no wrong billing and you are charged as per the usage and we havent received any bill since from 09-FEB-12. Hence, kindly request the you to clear the outstanding amount.
