My husband & i had bought a tata indicom photon plus device a month back.
But the deivce given to us was faulty when we took the device to the service centre. we were told by the technician in charge that the photon device is faulty & told us that they would get it replaced from the company but even after a week , when they returned the device it was still faulty & is not working when we spoke to the person who sold us the device he told us that it is none of his concern that the deivce is faulty or is working properly. inspite of the device being faulty we are being made to pay the bill for last month when we didnt even use the product...
