[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Photon Whiz — billing plan commitment is not giving me

dear sir/madam,

i am manish verma using a tata indicom photon whiz purchase online and the employee mr.yogesh from tata indicom is taking care of this product to delieverd me...i got the modem and ask about plan to confirm it...he said it is 699 monthly rental + first 2 months rental free with unlimited data usage...i agree with this plan ..now they sending me a bill and when i complaint to tata indicom customer care ...the wording of tata indicom customer care is as follows:

This is with reference to your email dated 17th October 2009 regarding your
Tata Indicom number [protected]. We truly value our relationship with you and
Regret for the inconvenience caused.

With reference to your complaint registered regarding the surfthon offer
not given, we got your issue check and found that no commitment has been
done from our side. In case you got any commitment then kindly visit the
nearest Tata office for the validation of the same.

Dear Sir,

I'm a Tata Photon+ user account number[protected].
I'm putting up this complaint against the services & response provided by the customer associate group & the supervisors.
Its been little over than a week that my internet services have been discarded for the reason I ran overlimit on my account (number mentioned above).

Reportedly, On 9th Dec 2009, I changed my tariff-plan rental from Rs1100 to a Rs 950, and the customer agent promised me that I'm bound to get 2GB data upload/download during 7AM- 11PM and 10GB data upload/download during 11pm - 7AM with a rental of Rs 950 every month.

Now, on 31st Dec 2009, I got a system generated mail (attached), regarding which i contacted your customer support centre at 121. To my surprise I was told that the plan I enrolled for got scrapped on 15th Dec 2009, thus my plan in action was a plan which offered 3600 min surfing during the day & 5400 mins during the night.
This is where my concern is sir, that the plan has been changed or might not have been activated as described, due to which I have been billed up a huge amount of Rs.1737.

Sir, I need justice as to the time have wasted not using this connection ( i.e. Dec 31st 2009 till present Jan 8th, 2010 & onwards) plus the time i spent in fruitless conversation with your customer support executives and supervisors.
I have been contacting the support centre since Dec 31st, 2009 and have till date got ONLY the Reference numbers from the complaints i have put but no concrete solution & activation of services.
Please note the number of reference numbers I've been given till date as :
Dec 31st[protected]
Jan 4th[protected]
Jan 5th[protected]
but no satisfactory solution or even assistance has been provided till date.

I've also tried reaching you on[protected] since last 3 days, but the phone is never answered.
Please help me out with the matter as I expect you to have a ultimate authority to look upon this.
Looking forward to get some real assistance in this matter from your end.
