TATA Indicom PREPAID MOBILE — REFUND OF RECHARGE OR GIVE US THE SERVICE | |||
I have recharged my TATA Indicom mobile by Rs.39. As it was showing failure, I tried recharging & It got recharged thrice. The TATA Indicom is neither ready to refund my money nor ready to register my complain or giving me a proper feedback. Not only this, They have not even credited my SMS. And, the Customer Service guys are always frustrated and never give a proper response. PLEASE NEVER GO FOR TATA INDICOM. The Local Office Rep (Chetna) in Makarpura (Vadodara) office has just disconnected my phone after talking to me very rudely, which is really unacceptable & I may go for further complains to wherever I can reach.
