Dear Sir,
I was using your modem for the past 3 years. On 2nd of September, the modem was not working, I used my mobile sim ([protected]) in the modem to check up for 10 minutes only. but you have charged arround Rs.749/- for the internet charge and put me in trouble by blocking all my outgoing calls.I lodged the complanits with your customer care people at F.C.Road But they said you have used modem for 5 Hours on the specific day.I want to contact your Manager ,but they said he is out of station. the ladies sitting in the office do not know how to behave.they said after your recharge of Rs.225/ on that particular day,your balance will be Rs. 509 in negative balance . please pay and activate it.In America also they will not charge Rs. 750/= for 5 hours. Since i was using all telephones from tata with the belief that only one company never cheat me.But you also already in the list of Fraud and looting customers company. Kindly activate my out going calls as early as possibe. Because this is your mistake you have to bear this cost Was this information helpful? |
