Tata Indicom Usb Data Card — It is not connecting and Showing errors. | |
We are using TATA Indicom USB data card for our Internet day today use since 1 year. But since last two days, while we are going to connect It, there is message of " Error 691 regrading Username and Password." I clear that we have not changed username or Password for the same. I have brought tata indicom data card & plan choice 01 gb per month but i have not recd any documents of plan & i allready unknown about how datacard calculate 01 gb & what processure for me for know that. pls help ........

Yes, you are right. I am also using the Tata Indicom data card. Even after the use of "Speed" softwere I am unable to open the normal web page.
I have been cheated by them in landline connection too. I was purchased a Tata Indicom prepaid telephone in Kolkata around 4 years back, subesequently I left the Kolkata and returned the equipment to the Tata Indicom Ofiice. I was given assurance that my sequrity deposit Rs. 1000 will be refunded to me within 30 days. But almost 4 years passed but no response from Ttata Indicom. They are even not responding to the consumer complains and they are not providing any number for dicussion.

Tata Indicom USB Data Card — Excessive Billing problem and slow Data speed
I am very unsatisfied by the billing and data receiving speed. I have used 1308 min from 08/11/2007 to 20/11/2007 as per the billing date. The bill received by me shows 3377 min, which is far beyond my computer’s calculation. It is very unfortunate that I have good faith towards a world class Brand “TATA”, is using such practices to make profits. The services while I went to the Civil Lines office were so poor that none were able to solve my problems. The Speed that I was promised is already a big failure and it is some times so slow that even a normal web page fails to open. I was a big fool to invest heavy money for the USB device as well a high rental with a bonus ‘wrong billing’. Choose to go to Internet Café, but don’t be a fool to choose ‘The TATA Indicom’.
